The Gift of Retreat expires December 31, 2023

The Gift of Retreat is for 2023 General Session and Women’s Weekend Oaks Retreats only and does not include Couples Weekend, Oaks Workshops, rental events, Onsite workshops or any other event not specified and is only valid for Oaks Retreat dates listed on our 2023 calendar. The Gift of Retreat cannot be transferred, shared, prorated or refunded for any reason. We cannot guarantee space, specific rooming requests, or upgrades on any retreat for any reason. The Gift of Retreat is for bunkhouse accommodations (Maverick/Birdie Rose) only and does not include Kendall, Wynne, Ballena, or Valley View. Please review the accommodations before purchasing, noting you will not be sharing a room with anyone you do not know, but the bathrooms are communal. Maverick is our Male Bunkhouse, Birdie Rose is our Female Bunkhouse. If we have a group rental or a number of one gender register, we may change the gender of the entire bunkhouse but will not have co-ed buildings at any time. The Gift of Retreat cannot be combined with any other offer. Early check in can be added for an additional fee. If you would like to add a roommate, the roommate also have to purchase a bunkhouse room at full price or purchase The Gift of Retreat and you will be responsible to notify our staff of the request. If the bunkhouses fill up, you will be eligible to apply The Gift of Retreat value to another room and will be charged the upgraded rate.
