Exclusive use gives your group access to 240 private acres in San Diego County to spread out, breath deep, and gather safely-something we know your guests will enjoy.
28 Suites
Don’t need our bunk rooms? No problem! We have 28 suites ready for your guests for a reduced price point while still enjoying all the amenities of a private property rental.
40 Bedrooms
There are a number of ways to sleep your guests. From private suites to a family suites with 8 beds, our property can adjust to your needs and sleep up to 100 guests.
20 Private Bed/Bath
Our configurations allow you do build your own registration tiers allowing you to price your tickets the way you want or decide to offer private bedrooms and bathrooms to 20 of your guests.
106 beds
Our newly renovated rooms offer a variety of different accommodations, from stylish twin bunks, cozy queens, and luxurious kings-single and double occupancy.
40 Rocking Chairs
Where you sleep is important, but where you rock is even more! Most of our guests say they would sleep in our oversized, outdoor rocking chairs if they could!
